Haiti - Sports : Haiti at the FIFA Colloquium on women's football

After the participation of the Haitian Women's Senior Selection in the 9th edition of the FIFA World Cup, Australia / New Zealand 2023, Haiti found itself with Ms. Monique André, member of the Standardization Committee, at the 2nd edition of the FIFA Women's Football Colloquium, held in Sydney/Gadigal.

During this Colloquium, the leaders of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) discussed the development of women's football while exposing best practices to accelerate its growth around the world.

The opportunity for Ms. Monique André, to return to the course of the Grenadières at the Worldv Cup but also to further expose Haitian women's football to the eyes of the world.

Ms. Monique André believes in extending the participation of players and is convinced that this World Cup has been a showcase that will attract more supporters and commercial partners.

"In our daily context of precariousness and insecurity, I do not have the words to describe what I feel. Our people are experiencing incredible emotions and supporting the team wholeheartedly since qualifying. For the players, it's a dream that come true," declared Ms. Monique André.
