The Directorate of Training and Development in Health Sciences (DFPSS) informs that the results of the ordinary session of state exams for the license to practice nursing on September 3, 2023 are available.

A copy of the results will be sent specifically to each of the institutions that had candidates to participate in this session, from Tuesday October 3, 2023. Also, the DFPSS invites each head of institution to collect their copy from their offices.

The Directorate takes this opportunity to inform you that the overall success rate for this session is 69.6%. The DFPSS salutes the efforts made by the institutions and their candidates this year.

North: 520 candidates, 397 candidates admitted, success rate 76.3%

Artibonite: 218 candidates, 161 candidates admitted, success rate 73.9%

South: 473 candidates, 347 candidates admitted, success rate 73.4%

Grand-Anse: 123 candidates, 90 candidates admitted, success rate 73.2%

West: 1326 candidates, 882 candidates admitted, success rate 66.5%

South-East: 49 candidates, 32 candidates admitted, success rate 65.3%

Center: 118 candidates, 75 candidates admitted, success rate 63.6%

Northeast: 88 candidates, 54 candidates admitted, success rate 61.4%

North-West: 23 candidates, 13 candidates admitted, success rate 56.5%

Nippes: 33 candidates, 17 candidates admitted, success rate 48.5%

Total: 2,971 candidates, 2,067 candidates admitted, success rate of 69.54%

Following this publication, the DPFSS undertakes to issue the Permits to Practice within 3 to 4 weeks for successful candidates who request them in accordance with the established requirements.
