Towards military cooperation with Uruguay

Friday, November 10, 2023, the Ambassador of Haiti to Argentina Vilbert Bélizaire accompanied by Minister Counselor Olga Ducasse had a meeting with the Ambassador of Uruguay to Argentina Carlos Enciso to discuss cooperation between the two countries.
