In a press release the Ministry of Communication informs that Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry was heared as a witness on Tuesday December 26, 2023 by the Investigating Judge Walter W. "The Prime Minister, who has always declared his confidence in the justice system of his country, answered the judge's questions, thus contributing to the manifestation of the truth in this painful matter. The hearing took place in the Prime Minister's residence. In addition, Me Voltaire also heard on the same day Michel Patrick Boisvert, the Minister of Economy and Finance and Josué Pierre-Louis, the Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office.
