DINEPA threatens to disconnect institutions

Guyto Edouard, the Director General of the National Directorate of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA), informs that a period not exceeding 15 working days is granted to State institutions to pay their debts In the case otherwise, they will be disconnected from the hydraulic network. He points out that the National Airport Authority (AAN) alone has a debt of more than 11 million gourdes in unpaid invoices from DINEPA, which is facing great financial difficulties.

Delmas Thanksgiving Day announced

Insecurity : Heavy toll in 2023 in transport

At least 23 drivers and 79 passengers were killed, 182 passengers injured and 9 drivers and 383 passengers were kidnapped : this is the heavy toll of acts of insecurity in public transport for the year 2023, presented by the Association of Owners and Drivers of Haiti (APCH). 146 vehicles were hijacked with their goods and 68 vehicles were set on fire by the bandits.

Taekwondo : The Federation offers a gift to its members

The Haitian Taekwondo Federation offered a precious gift to its members, including current and future black belts: training structured around three essential modules. Dr. Lovelie Augustin shared his expertise during a module dedicated to sports administration while Grand Master Ostin Frenel led two modules : one focusing on the basics for our black belts, and the other dedicated to advanced training in refereeing. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident, making this training a precious Christmas present !
