Haiti - FLASH : The PM announces measures to have concrete results for the population (Video)

At the end of a two-day government retreat at the Hotel Montana https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-42608-haiti-politic-gary-conille-launched-the-government-retreat-video.html , which ended on Saturday June 22, 2024, Prime Minister Garry Conille announced new measures aimed at obtaining concrete results for the population.

"After several hours of debate, we have a harmonious vision of how we will work together to obtain results," declared Conille, promising transparency of government action.

This retreat was organized to encourage "harmonious and coherent environmental action," declared the Prime Minister "[...] We are moving forward and we are making good progress. We have given ourselves the tools to move forward quickly" promising to "try to implement actions based on results."

He said he encouraged innovative new measures, but also consultation with other members of Government before making decisions with significant implications.

"We have little time. We are under a lot of stress and pressure. We want to act quickly. We have a waiting population. We are obliged to take measures that guarantee coherence, harmony of activities and complementarity to maximize impact," asking members of his Government to work in concert with the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) to keep him informed of All.
