Henry Chéry, General Secretary of the FHACA declared that "this competition will be a first evaluation test for he technical direction in the perspective of the participation of the national team in the Vuelta Independencia to be held in February 2012 in the Dominican Republic"

Let us recall for cycling fans that the Federation of Haitian Amateur Cycling will organize on December 3 and 4 the "Course au soleil", an international and traditional competition, his year clubs from the United States, the Dominican Republic and Guadeloupe will participate alongside the Haitian clubs.
