The Ministry of National Education informs that the results of the secondary school leaving examinations (BAC 2024) are currently available for two Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE): the North and the North-East.

According to the information provided by the National Office of State Examinations (BUNEXE), for the secondary school leaving examinations (BAC) in the North, out of a total of 11,694 participants, 5,463 candidates are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 46.72% (slight decrease to 47.54% in 2023)

For the second session of the failed candidates of the academic year 2023-2024 (permanent baccalaureate), out of a total of 403 participants, 286 candidates are admitted, which gives a success rate of 70.97% (a sharp increase to 56.37% in 2023)

For the Northeast, out of a total of 4,407 participants, 1,516 candidates are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 34.40% for the secondary school leaving exams (bac). (down 70.33% in 2023)

For the second session of the failed candidates of the 2023-2024 academic year (permanent baccalaureate), out of a total of 1,104 participants, 371 are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 33.61% (a sharp drop 61.97% in 2023)

School heads are invited to collect their school's rankings from their Departmental Directorate.

The Ministry specifies that the results of the bac exams for other DDEs will be published gradually.
