Agricultural policy is something that needs to be redefined and I believe that the Ministry of Agriculture should look as soon as today, the various parameters in relation to domestic production, which should increase [...] the promotion of local products must be made ​​in hotels and restaurants, because if you ask for a piece of yam in a restaurant in Haiti, this is not the yam which is missing here, they do not have this product. When you request a piece of potato in a restaurant or hotel you will not find it. They will have a tendency, whatever the hotel for breakfast to give you bread, cheese... things that are not produced locally, while what we produce is there, they neglect our products they do not give them any importance..."
