The Brazil Visa Application Center (BVAC) operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Haiti, reminds the general public of some relevant information for any application for a family reunification visa (VITEM 11) that will be available starting January 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. :

Please note that you must have a confirmed appointment to visit the BVAC. Applications for the family reunification visa are made only through the manual kiosk at the address: iomhaitivrf@iom.int please provide your name, date of birth, passport number, a phone number and the applicant's email address.

To avoid too high traffic, a limited number of appointments will be available each week.

Appointments are free of charge, and IOM only charges an administrative fee of USD 100 for the VITEM 11, to be deposited at Sogebank.

Any voluntary collaboration with third parties (multi-services, travel agencies, etc...) does not concern IOM in any way, shape or form.

No service involving cash or bilateral approaches comes from IOM.

Please consult the list of required documents and ensure that the chosen appointment date will allow you to gather all the necessary documents.
