Haiti : U17 Qualifiers - Qatar 2025 : The Grenadiers massacre Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (5-0)

Haiti made a strong start in the Concacaf qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025. Facing Saint Vincent and the Grenadines yesterday Tuesday, February 11 at the Estadio Cementos Progreso in Guatemala City (Guatemala), the young Grenadiers won (5-0).

The Haitian selection wasted no time in asserting its superiority. In the 12th minute, Emerson Laissé opened the scoring, ideally launching his team. Seven minutes later, Pierre Nicolaï doubled the lead (19'), before scoring a brace just before the break (42'), allowing Haiti to go into the locker room with a comfortable lead (3-0).

After the break, Théo Lacombe put the nail in the coffin right after the restart (46'), then Franco Célestin sealed the score in the 78th minute, confirming Haiti's display.

With these first 3 points, they temporarily take the lead in Group E, while waiting for the result of the other match of the day between Guatemala and Antigua and Barbuda.

Thanks to this victory, Haiti starts its tournament ideally and takes a favorable option for qualification.
