In a video posted on social media, "Barbecue" announced that before the end of August, his men would leave the neighborhoods of Delmas 30, Solino, Christ Roi, and Nazon, allowing for the gradual return of displaced families. He added that he would use this withdrawal to "prepare new strategies to fight" against the Haitian authorities.
