The Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that applications are now open for the Chilean Agency for International Development Cooperation (AGCID) South-South Cooperation Scholarship Program for 2026. The objective of this program is to contribute to human capital development through the participation of professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean in master's programs offered by Chilean universities.

Requirements to apply for this program :

• A letter of admission from a Chilean university;

• A validated medical certificate, issued and signed by a licensed physician, stating the medical history declared by the applicant;

• A curriculum vitae, emphasizing professional and academic background;

• A cover letter explaining the reasons for pursuing studies in Chile;

• A brief description of the field of study and thesis topic on which you intend to focus your final research;

• A Spanish language certificate;

• An academic letter of recommendation.

Deadline for submission of documents: October 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Results will be announced during the month of November, and courses will begin between March 1 and September 30, 2026.
