Haiti - Les Cayes Airport : Modernization work nearing completion

The renovation work at Antoine Simon International Airport, launched in September, was 80% complete by mid-December, with an initial delivery date of December 31, 2025.

Compliance with international standards (TSA and ICAO) : These interventions, while temporary pending the launch of the future master plan, aim for immediate and secure operation. A crucial milestone has already been reached: in early December, the airport received approval from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), officially opening the way for direct flights between the United States and Les Cayes. https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-46347-icihaiti-les-cayes-good-news-for-antoine-simon-international-airport.html
