On Thursday, October 26, 2026, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) launched the first of three days of discussions on the electoral process at the Kinam II Hotel. This first session was held with representatives from civil society organizations.

The session began with a presentation on the latest developments in the electoral process, discussions on the electoral decree, and an overview of the revised electoral calendar (https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-46492-haiti-flash-the-cep-has-just-published-the-revised-electoral-calendar-in-the-moniteur.html) and activities already completed.

Through this initiative, the CEP aims to mobilize and raise awareness among all stakeholders in national life to encourage their active participation in the elections.
