The Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Haiti informs that the Mexican government, in concert with the Mexican higher education establishment (El COLEF), is launching a call for applications for an excellence scholarship program at the master's and doctoral level for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Please note that this institution offers several master's level programs in the following areas :

• Regional development;

• Applied economics;

• Cultural studies;

• Integral water management;

• Public action and social development;

• Comprehensive environmental administration.

The institution also offers a Doctorate in Social Sciences, specialization in Regional Studies.

Important : The deadline for submitting documents is May 15, 2026, for an academic year scheduled for September 1st, 2026. Admitted students will be able to benefit from a subsistence scholarship and will be exempt from all tuition fees, in accordance with the provisions in force.
