ONI : Poor Quality of Cards Produced from 2019 to 2021

Reynold Guerrier, the Director General of the National Identification Office (ONI), reports that after internal checks, identification cards produced between 2019 and 2021 have manufacturing defects. Even when properly stored, these cards lose their lamination or crack. A problem related to the materials used by the supplier. Faced with this situation, the National Identification Office (ONI) changed suppliers. The new cards are now produced with more durable materials and meet higher international standards.
