Haiti - Maritime Scholarships : Call for Applications

As part of a recently established partnership with the National Institute for Vocational Training (INFP), the Maritime and Aquaculture Vocational Training School (EFPMA) in Martinique is offering scholarships to Haitians aged 18 to 30.

The INFP is therefore launching a call for applications for this training program, which will take place at the EFPMA campus in Martinique, starting in October 2026. It leads to a Maritime Vocational Aptitude Certificate (CAPM).

Interested applicants are invited to submit their applications, including the following documents, to the email address infp.alecoute@infp.gouv.ht or to the INFP Human Resources office located at 3 rue Saint Surin, Impasse Fremont, Pétion-Ville, Route de Canapé-Vert :

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) and supporting documents;

• Letter of motivation;

• Valid tax identification number;

• National Unique Identification Card (CINU);

• Medical certificate issued by a licensed physician designated by SEMANAH.

Prerequisites :

• Navigational skills;

• Proficiency in French;

• Baccalaureate II (or equivalent).

Note : The medical certificate can be submitted after the application has been filed.

- Candidates submitting their applications by email must indicate in the subject line: Application for the EFPMA scholarship.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone or mail for follow-up.

The application deadline is August 15, 2026.
