The Haitian delegation is composed of: André Lemercier Georges, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Yanick Mézile, the Minister for Women, of the Senator Simon Dieuseul Desras, (President of the Haitian Senate) and of Deputy Guy Gérard George (President of the Foreign Affairs Commission).

The absence of the President of the Lower House, the Deputy Levaillant Louis-Jeune must be noted, he officially announced Saturday at the last minute, that he did not wish to accompany the delegation, due to conflict between the executive and legislative, a decision who, undoubtedly, will not contribute to the improvement of these relations.
