A delegation of ten young Haitian members of the Junior Chamber International Haiti (Haiti JCI) will leave the country Tuesday, May 1, 2012 for Curitiba in Brazil, to participate in the Conference of the zone of Americas to be held from May 2 to 5.

Members of the Haitian delegation will take advantage of this event not only to promote the culture and potentialities of Haiti, but also to publicize the vision of youth on the reconstruction of Haiti and continue to raise funds for its construction project of the Integrated Centre for Youth whose mission is to train the future leaders of this country.

"The ten ambassadors of Haiti will also participate in training sessions, fairs and forums to exchange ideas on contemporary issues and ways to find creative solutions to current problems of the country and around the world," informed us John Walter Destiné, the national Representative and Head of the Delegation of the JCI Haiti "Facing the great challenges of the contemporary world, today's young people must unite and focus all their energies to create positive change," stressed the Head of the delegation, adding that "The organization of major international summits, continues to demonstrate that the pooling of skills from different horizons allows to better deal with global challenges."
