Haiti - Sports : Jeffrey Julmis, not qualified for the semifinals of the 110 meter hurdles

Tuesday, August 6, 2012, in London as part of the 30th Olympic Games, Jeffrey Julmis [bib 2028], participated in the 5th race in lane #8 of 110 meter hurdles, alongside of Abate Emanuele of Italia, Xie Wenjun of the People's Republic of China, Brathwaite Ryan of Barbados, Bennett Ronald of Honduras, Dremin Aleksey of the Russian Federation, Kiss Daniel of Hungary, Merritt Aries of the United States of America and Phillips Richard of Jamaica.

After this race, Jeffrey Julmis, finished in 8th position of its series with a time of 13.87 seconds [his personal best is of 13.50 seconds and his best time for the season 13.53]. It ranked 38th of 45 overall. Jeffrey is not qualified for the semi-finals to be held this Wednesday, August 8.

The world record in this discipline is 12.87 seconds (Cuba) and the Olympic record 12.91 seconds (Cuba)...
