After the surprising revocation, of Government Commissioner, Me Jean Renel Sénatus, Thursday 27 September, the Government announced its replacement by Me Elco Saint-Amant, 6th Commissioner to occupy this highly unstable position... So unstable that less than 24 hours after his installation [a record of short duration in the history], Me Amant is suddenly replaced, without that we know exactly the real reasons of his departure... Joseph Guyler C. Delva, the Secretary of State for Communication, officially announced Friday, the replacement of Me Elco Saint-Amant by Me Jean-Claude Dabrésil... New twist ! Me Jean-Claude Dabrésil, candidate designated to the succession of Me Sénatus, has finally not been installed for some reason, it is said, of unavailability... Joseph Guyler C. Delva, now announces that it will be Me Gérald Norgaisse that will be the successor of Me Jean Renel Sénatus. Me Gérald Norgaisse, native of Gonaives, was for a little over a year, one of substitutes Assistant Chief Commissioner, to the prosecution of Port-au-Prince. If the Saga ends with Me Norgaisse, he will be the Government Commissioner since the installation of the Government Martelly [less than 2 years].
