Enrique Mari of the National Palace, indicated that the President Michel Martelly will participate in December in a show of fundraising, in Dominican Republic, for the benefit of Haiti where he will share the stage with the famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias.

According to the same source, the President Martelly will perform for the occasion, two songs, one in Spanish and one in English. The titles of these songs were not disclosed at the request of the producer, who wishes to reserve a surprise for the audience.

This benefit concert will be held on December 28 in the tourist city of La Romana, Dominican Republic, in the amphitheater Altos de Chavón, Casa de Campo, which can accommodate 5,000 people. Benefits will be given to a charity of the First Lady of Haiti, Sophia Martelly.
