Alix Célestin, the Director General of the National Port Authority (APN) and his counterpart Andy René of Investment Facilitation Center (CFI), this week signed a Memorandum of Understanding within the framework of strengthening of capacity of the maritime and port sector.

As part of this agreement, the CFI is committed to support the APN, through the provision of resources, both human and financial, for the feasibility study of projects, part of the plans for sustainable development of maritime and port sector for the benefit of the population.
