Monday, in the morning, Ms. Andress Apollo, Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) has proceeded to the installation of its new Board of Directors within the company.

Members of the new Board :

Dukens Raphaël, Deputy Director General

Rony Charles, Administrative Director (new recruit)

Carmitte Mentor, Finance Director

Jean Gardy Ligondé, Production Director (promoted)

Michel Patrick Mathurin, Grid Director (promoted)

Joseph Allix Bastien, Director of the Office of Energy Purchase (promoted)

Joseph Patrice Matthieu, Director of the Office of Provinces (promoted)

Rosnick Grant, Commercial Director

In addition, this new Board benefit from the creation of three new autonomous Directorates, which were previously under a large Technical Directorate. These are : a Directorate of Production, a Grid Directorate and a Directorate of Energy Purchase.
