Haiti - Economy : The CFI condemns the Attacks on some Businesses...

In a note, the Directorate General of Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) "strongly condemns the attacks suffered by some businesses, mainly in the city of Petion-Ville, at demonstrations of 18 November 2013 and presents its condolences to all investors victims of the excesses of some demonstrators.

Since 12 January 2010, extraordinary efforts and unparalleled sacrifices are made ​​daily by the business sector, mainly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Knowing that the strength of an economy in any country is directly related to the ability of SMEs to create jobs and wealth, the Directorate General of CFI salute the courage of all those Haitians, who have trusted in the country to place their investments.
