In his political program, the strategic vision of Jean-Charles Moïse, presidential candidate under the banner "Pitit Dessalin" which presents itself as a reformist socialist, aims to regain at the end of his term "the total and effective control of the country in all its dimensions through the institutionalization of all the powers of the central State and Local Authorities through the open management, rational and transparent of State affairs, the effectiveness of the Decentralization, of the Deconcentration and the establishment of a Sovereign Diplomacy and Transcontinental;

Towards social cohesion through the implementation of public policy of protection and social security, education, gender equity and culture;

Towards the reclassification of Haiti going from a of the poorest in the world to an emerging market country and restart the revitalization of the national economy through the application of a solidarity Joint Economic Policy planned and financial with accelerated growth likely to develop and/or strengthen national solidarity and stranded-sectoral and inclusive in a strategic approach based on the ternary with multiplier effect of creation and equitable redistribution of wealth."

Jean-Charles Moïse, did not lack ambition, he intend in the first 30 months of his term, passing the economic growth of Haiti with a GDP of 2% to a GDP of 9%, then at the end os his 5-year term, expect nothing less than 19% of GDP growth, far exceeding all the economies of the Caribbean and Latin America. For that, he advocates a mixed economic policy, supportive, planned, which tends to accelerated growth.

His political program is based on 3 pillars "Sovereignty, Solidarity and Prosperity which correspond to Politica, Social and Economic Sectors."
