The Citizen Observatory for Institutionalizing Democracy (OCID) presents the results of an analysis work done by the Dr. in social science Fritz Dorvilier, Consultant and Professor of Development Sociology, on the strengths and weaknesses of the program of top 5 candidates, from the perspective of contributing to the development of informed debate and more conscious choice of the Haitian electorate.

However, this work that was to analyze the political programs of 5 leading candidates (alphabetical) : Jean Henry Céant "Renmen Ayiti", Jovenel Moïse (PHTK), Jude Célestin (LAPEH), Moise Jean Charles (Pitit Dessalin) and Maryse Narcisse (Famni Lavalas) only analysis 4 and will be revised and completed later.

Indeed, on the 5 candidates, only Jude Célestin and Moïse Jean-Charles have submitted for analysis, an updated program for the 2016 elections.

The programs of Jovenel Moïse and Jean Henry Céant are currently being revised and will be sent as soon as new versions are ready (the study analysis for both candidates their 2015 program).

For Maryse Narcisse, the candidate asked the OCID to wit for her program to be updated prior to disseminate the analysis.
