As part of the fight against the Covid-19 coronavirus which has already infected more than 1,500 citizens in the country https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30896-haiti-covid-19-daily-report-may-29-2020.html and in the interests of transparency, the General Directorate of Budget of the Ministry of Economy and Finance published the report of disbursements made for the period from March 25 to May 29, 2020 for the benefit : of the Ministry of Health Public and Population (MSPP); the Ministry of Public Works (MTPTC), the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) and the National Solid Waste Management Service (SNGRS).

In total, more than 2.2 billion Gourdes (2,247,220,289) and more than 34 million US dollars (34,202,778.04) were disbursed from the Emergency Fund (FDU) and the Public Treasury (TP).
