"We continue to work diligently to restore operations within safety guidelines, but we are unable to provide a specific date at which we will be able to resume routine services. At this time, only a restricted number of immigrant visa (IV) and only emergency non-immigrant visa (NIV) cases can be processed," inform the Embassy.
