While deploring the inability of the police to conduct a serious investigation into this case, due to lack of resources, Zéphirin Ardouin has informed that an amount of 50.000 gourds is available to any persons who can provide information on the individuals who have vandalized the Cathedral of Notre-Dame of Cap-Haitien and allow their arrests.
