The traditional parade of the Carnival of students in Cap-Haitien has nothing to do with that of Rio in Brazil but nevertheless it is just as festive and the desire to live together in peace was indeed there.

Indeed, the carnival organized today saw children and young people, dressed up and made up, parading through the streets of the city.

More than 1,500 children and young people from various schools including the F.I.C, C.F.C, Collège le Christophien and LNPG took part in the morning parade.

In the afternoon, a musical float with the Dj Positif was on the concrete to animate the revelers.
