During clashes with armed bandits, the Haitian National Police (PNH) confiscated a Kalashnikov rifle and a vehicle, this Sunday, November 19, 2023, around 2:25 p.m., at Rue de la Réunion.

Indeed, armed individuals, aboard a black Kia Sportage vehicle with registration number: AA-16316, opened fire on the BI1PAP patrol. The police, without the slightest hesitation, had to respond.

Under heavy fire from the police, the bandits had to flee through corridors and the suspect vehicle was hit by several projectiles.

The PNH is more than determined to combat organized crime in all its forms across the country. She also continues to seek the frank cooperation of the population.
