CEP : final stretch

EDE asks Advisor Augustin to resign

Thursday, September 5, 2024, during the Miss World Haiti 2024 final at the NH El Rancho hotel, Christee Guirand among the 8 finalists won the crown of Miss World Haiti 2024. Laurie Jeanlus was elected 1st runner-up, Lovely Bazile 2nd runner-up and Kathy Charles 3rd runner-up. Shaika Cadet for her part won the crown of Miss Supra Globale 2024.

Words of Sympathy for Kenya

In a note, Chancellor Dominique Dupuy deplores the tragic death of 17 students in Kenya. "While Kenyan police officers are at our side and assist us in our fight against insecurity, Kenya is struck by a tragedy: 17 students lost their lives in a fire [...] The Haitian people join in the pain of their sisters and brothers in Kenya."
