CEP : Revised Electoral Budget

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) announces that it submitted a revised electoral budget to the Executive branch on April 28, 2026. TPS : Supreme Court

On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the United States Supreme Court heard arguments concerning Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which benefits thousands of Haitian and Syrian nationals living in the United States. During the hearing, the justices heard arguments from both the government and the defense. No decision was reached at the conclusion of the proceedings. The Supreme Court's decision is expected before the end of June (the end of its annual session).
