Haiti - Diplomacy : Accreditation of 3 new ambassadors in Haiti

Friday at the National Palace, President Michel Martelly, received the credentials of three new Ambassadors accredited in Haiti. They are Patrick Nicoloso, Ambassador of France, Michael Moussa-Adamo, Ambassador of Gabon, with residence in Washington and Alejandro Jose Bruiton Porras, Ambassador of Guatemala, with residence in the Dominican Republic.

These new Ambassadors have renewed the commitment of their countries to support the President Martelly in its efforts to improve the living conditions of the Haitian people.

For his part, the Head of State assured them of his willingness to work to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between Haiti and their country.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Haiti, Mr. Patrick Nicoloso (arriving in Haiti June 23, 2013), which replaces Didier Le Bret, was previously Ambassador of France in Sudan. He was also Ambassador of France in Mauritania (2003-2008), Inspector of Foreign Affairs (1999-2003) and Senior Advisor to the Embassy of France in Brasilia (1995-1999)
