The FBI has filed a criminal complaint against three residents of South Florida 2 Haitians and an American citizen, arrested accused of conspiracy, smuggling of illegal weapons and ammunition to Haiti They are : Eiliane Tunis (American citizen, residing in Florida), Jocelyn Dor (Haitian citizen residing in the Orlando area) and Walder St. Louis (Haitian citizen living in Florida).

The complaint, filed in the United States District Court in Washington DC, indicates that the 3 suspects purchased weapons and ammunition at the request and on behalf of the Haitian gang "400 Mawozo" of which at least one of the suspects was member, as evidenced by a WhatsApp message cited in the complaint.

The three traffickers would take arms orders from the Haitian gang, then roam Florida, including Orlando, to purchase pistols, assault rifles, and even a semi-automatic .50 caliber Barrett rifle (a snipper weapon) as well as ammunition informed the FBI.
