The Government has decided to recall 3 Ambassadors accredited to foreign countries, a Minister Counselor and two Consulate administrators.

Persons affected by this decision :

Louis Marie Monfort Saintil Ambassador of Haiti to Spain;

Smith Augustin Ambassador of Haiti to the Dominican Republic;

Hugues Momplaisir Fequière Ambassador of Haiti to Mexico;

Herns Mesamours Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Haiti in Mexico;

Pascale Previl Sam Administrator of the Consulate General of Haiti in New York;

Feguens Pierre Administrator of the Consulate General of Haiti in Paris.

"I inform you that it has been decided to call you back to the General Services of the Chancellery. This decision is effective upon receipt of this letter," specifies a correspondence from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean Victor Généus, approved by the Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry, addressed to each of the parties concerned.

In the absence of transparency and communication, we do not know so far the reasons of the Government which motivated these recalls...
