Haiti - NOTICE : Training in digital professions, call for applications

The International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) through the D-CLIC Program, led in Haiti by "Banj", in partnership with the National Institute of Professional Training (INFP) is launching a program to strengthen the digital skills of young people in Haiti, in order to respond to rapid changes in societies, economic markets and the world of work, and to improve sustainable employability, in particular for the most vulnerable populations.

The digital professions training program provides support for students seeking employment, young people looking for new economic opportunities and young girls and women interested in digital professions. The goal is to reach at least 100 young people.

Available courses :

1. Online community moderator;

2. Website designer;

3. Web developer;

4. Mobile application developers;

5. Experience and interface designer;

6. Graphic animation designer;

7. Piloting drones;

8. Data Analyst;

9. Getting started with virtual reality headsets;

In addition, D-CLIC offers opportunities for immediate application of knowledge acquired through a digital employability program, a digital job fair, access to digital job opportunities via the online platform "Banj Dev" and incubation in order to support projects resulting from a competition of ideas among the certified.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Be between 18 and 35 years old

2. Be of Haitian nationality

3. Have basic computer knowledge (Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Drive software)
