The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs, Dominique Dupuy, did not respond to the summons of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT), scheduled for Wednesday, October 2nd at the Villa d’accueil https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-43333-haiti-news-zapping.html .
