The Communication Office of the Primature informs us that the President of the Republic, Michel Martelly, appointed by order dated August 9, 2012, the citizens whose names follow :

Me Thierry Mayard-Paul, Private Advisor of President of the Republic with ministerial rank ; Mr. Kenn Duval, Director General of the Ministry of Environment ; Mr. Georges Andy René, Director General of Investment Facilitation Center (CIF), he replaces Mr. Karl Jean-Louis.

Note that the office of the Primature announced Monday, August 6, 2012 in the evening, a major cabinet reshuffle, in which 3 ministers had been dismissed, 3 Ministers had changed Ministry, and the appointment of 3 new Ministers.
