Following the cabinet reshuffle of August 6, 2012, the Government continues to make some adjustments and appointments. We learned by the Communication Office of the Prime Minister, that the President Michel Martelly had appointed by order, the following citizens :

Robert Labrousse, Secretary of State for External Cooperation ; Nixon Myrthil, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs ; Wilner Valcin, Secretary of State for Planning ; Andress Appolon, Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) ; Dukens Raphaël, Deputy Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) ; Dimitri Nau, Director of Cabinet of Prime Minister ; Azad Belfort, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Giovanni Dorélien, Deputy Director General to the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE).
